Welcome to Rochester and your 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house with an attached 2-car garage. This beautifully renovated house has smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room, a full kitchen, an office area and multiple seating areas for reading. The dining table seats 6 and a deck off the upstairs bedroom has a rocking chair. Northern Heights neighborhood is extremely good for daily strolls and has plenty of side streets to explore. Enjoy this quiet, relaxing house for your stay in Rochester!

The main floor of this home has a Bedroom with Queen Sized Bed and half bath, along with living room, kitchen & dining room. Please note, there is no full bath on the main floor.

Downstairs has a main bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom with rub/shower attached. Additionally there are 2 other bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom with shower, and free laundry facilities.

There is an attached garage with house access as well.

Very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of towels, sheets, etc. Kitchen was adequately equipped, but could use a few more amenities (more glasses, including wine glasses, more serving dishes). But that did not diminish the comfort; just a suggestion.

Excellent stay! Impeccably clean. Big, well stocked kitchen. Baths and laundry had everything we needed and more. Decor was welcoming yet still uncluttered. Comfortable furniture and beds. Bedrooms had lots of drawers and bathrooms had hooks -- so rare in rentals -- we were all delighted to have them. :) Stayed here with adult kids and their spouses and layout was wonderful for both socializing and taking personal time to recharge. Neighborhood was wonderful -- lots of people out walking dogs and a peaceful short walk to a gorgeous woodsy trail -- great for the dogs we brought and all their humans. Many windows of home look out directly at the woods. Patio faces street but feels very private.Thank you, Becca, for being so considerate of travelers. We hope to stay there again soon!

Nice property

House was big enough for our group (8). Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking/serving implements. Showers (2) - one attached to master bedroom, one shower to serve the other 3 bedrooms (6 people). Laundry in basement was very convenient. Owner is very responsive. No grocery or restaurants close enough for a short walk, just need to plan ahead. Quiet neighborhood. Large back yard and fun to see fireflies come out of the woods at sunset.

Excellent host: very responsive and house is very nice with a great location. It was spicy- and-span. Very very clean with quality kitchen appliances/washer and dryer, etc. Huge walk-in closet in the primary bedroom! We loved the bidet so much we bought one for our house. Lol

Easter weekend

Simply a lovely house! Clean and really nice layout. Also very functional kitchen. We had three adults comfortably preparing a meal at once. The house overlooks the woods and we saw 3 deer outside our window one day, very relaxing. The house is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks for walks. Becca is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

Relaxing Property with Lots of Room

We stayed at Red Juniper house for over a month with our adult sons. It was a nice distance away from Mayo to get a break after appointments. The property was very roomy allowing separate spaces when needed but also good areas to be together. Becca was very responsive and helpful with any questions we asked. We ended up staying a bit longer than expected and Becca was great at accommodating our extended stay.
