The room was clean and well organized, which I appreciated. However, the biggest downside was the strong unpleasant odor in the room. There was a musty, stale smell that made the air feel far from fresh, and we found ourselves using air freshener throughout our stay just to make the room more comfortable.
If the hotel could address the odor issue and improve the air quality in the rooms, it would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, the smell was difficult to ignore and significantly impacted our stay.
