The check-in staff was very pleasant and welcoming. However, the check-out experience was not as good. I tried to have a conversation about my concerns, but the staff member was dismissive and acted like my concerns were not her problem. On a positive note, Nicole at the bar was wonderful. She was friendly, smiling, and very inviting, which made my experience better. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, but because of the customer service during check-out, I would probably not stay there again.
