We checked in, discovered we had been put in a handicap room. Ask for a different room to no avail. discovered trash under our bed, and the coffee maker still had the coffee pack in it from some time before us getting the room. Also I have two 100.00-dollar charges on my credit card from Element, which we did not charge or use anything in addition to the room.? So at this point I am very unhappy with our experience at Element. We used Expidia to make our reservation in advance, to insure we received the room we had reserved. Dan Flannery

I appreciated the clean room but the lighting could have been better. We had an accessible room and due to my husband’s disability we needed to leave a light on for him. The bathroom light and fan were on the same light switch and it was the loudest fan I’ve ever heard. It was like a jet engine. I told the front desk staff and she told me I could get a small night light at a dollar store. It was a very nice benefit to be provided bottled water in the reception and dining areas. The grounds were lovely and very pet friendly. Location is excellent for dining options.
