« Bright, tidy, clean, comfortable, well appointed and walkable to attractions. We did not have a car so parking was not an issue. There were signs of homeless and addiction but we were never approached or felt threatened. Lovely Thai restaurant next door for a special dinner. Building was safe. »

« What a perfect location! The apartment is within walking distance of so many Seattle attractions, and very close to several public transportation stops. If the weather is good, the rooftop space with picnic tables and chairs is a gem, with a great view of the Space Needle. The unit is on the corner of the building on the top floor, so we never heard the neighbors. Our host was exceptionally responsive and has an online guide with great info on the apartment. »

« Clean place, accommodations were fine. the parking spot was difficult to get into and the key pad box to get into the building did not always work, but that is the building owners fault. Did not reach out to the host because it was not needed. »

« We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, a quick walk to Pike Market, Great Wheel, a corner market and many dining options. As many past reviews have stated, it is quite loud but we knew this when we booked and came prepared with ear plugs and left the fan on for white noise. « Great apartment in an excellent location. It worked well for our family. Right near the Space Needle and some fantastic food and coffee options. Lovely roof terrace with city views for dry days! Parking was also a huge bonus for this location. Responsive host if you need anything. Check in was a bit awkward as it involved picking up a key from a remote site 15 mins drive away (fine if you have your own transport but be aware if you don’t). We would certainly book here again. »
