Not clean, really broken down hotel, things falling apart, water drips into a bucket somewhere in the bedroom.

This was our first time staying here and our first time in Atlantic Beach and I can’t even put into words how amazing our stay was here. From the moment we booked, the communication from the manager was nothing short of amazing. They were beyond accommodating and very genuine and honest. Everyone at check in was so sweet and helpful, we loved the southern hospitality! Our room was clean and spacious and we felt right at home all week long. The amenities on the property were great and the pools were clean. The description of all the things they have to offer were spot on and the location to the beach was a short walk. I can cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be staying there again when we come back!!
