The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Told by front desk that is a UK king… which essentially was almost a queen. After objecting, they found us a room with two twins put together. "We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable."

"Excellent countryside hotel located in a historic rustic Manor House with good facilities and parking and only 15 minutes away from Shrewsbury town centre.
My room was clean with lovely antique furniture and countryside view and had a decent size for a single person although other rooms appear bigger on the map and on photos.
Reception staff were very helpful and kind!
Highly recommended."

"The hotel is nice for a short stay however could do with a few upgrades but generally well maintained.
When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and throughout the stay our 2 dogs were made to feel relaxed and happy.
The shower in the room was so small you struggled to move about and the shower gel provided even though smelt lovely was obviously watered down. The best thing about the room was the bed which was very comfortable.
