They didn’t just hand over my key; they offered recommendations, asked about my preferences, and made sure I knew they were available for anything I might need.It was clear the hospitality here runs deep. Every staff member I encountered, from the bellhop to housekeeping, greeted me with a smile and remembered little details from previous conversations. It’s a small thing, but it makes you feel at home, not just like another guest passing through.The highlight, though, was the in-room dining. I ordered dinner after a packed day, and it arrived quickly—beautifully plated and piping hot. The staff member who delivered it was upbeat, courteous, and made sure everything was just right. The food itself was restaurant-quality: fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared.
