The customer service I received was the absolute best. I asked for a top floor room and I got it. They were able to get me into my room earlier due to my flight schedule change, and that made the hugest difference for my trip. My room was spotless. The hotel is gorgeous. Breakfast was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.

What a lovely birthday surprise from the hotel! I didn’t mention that I was celebrating my wife’s birthday when I made the booking, but when we returned after dinner on her birthday, they had prepared a bottle of wine and a cake for us! Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. I booked a Deluxe Room, which was spacious and clean. The location is also great, with several excellent restaurants within walking distance.

A well maintained, comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly. Loved the fireplace in the evening. Comfortable room and nice shower with great pressure. The breakfast buffet has a lot of nice choices.
