"The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable"

"This condo was very spacious and the kitchen well stocked. We loved the view and breezes we got from the balcony. We couldn't swim in the ocean much because of the sargassum, so we swam at the two large pools. There are many restaurants just outside of the complex and it was easy to catch an uber. Liz was a wonderful host. She was always there if you needed anything. I would suggest to the owner to invest in decent bath towels and fix the patio door. "

"We stayed at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana with our family and while there were a few highlights, overall it fell short. The large shallow pool was great for kids and felt much safer than the deeper pools. The hibachi restaurant was excellent—the food and experience were a standout. However, food availability was a major issue. Buffets were often not refilled, with empty containers and long lines for basics like burgers. With kids, this made mealtimes frustrating. We also couldn’t get dinner reservations before 9:30 PM, which didn’t work for our family, so we were stuck at the buffet most nights. We were surprised that standard guests don’t receive pool or beachside service, so we spent a lot of time waiting in long drink lines. Some staff (especially at the pizza buffet and food truck) were unfriendly when ordering for our family of six. The smaller kiddie pools were dirty and hazy, and we never saw them being cleaned. The waterpark was separate from the resort and not as convenient as expected. Rooms were clean but dated; our TV never worked and service requests were slow or unanswered. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again without major improvements."
