The staff was so sweet and amazing — truly incredible customer service! However, the hotel itself was just decent. There were hairs left in the shower, and even after paying extra for another guest, there weren’t enough towels in the room. The pool also wasn’t the greatest and definitely needed a deep clean. The tiles around the pool were extremely slippery and honestly felt like a safety hazard. The only saving grace of this hotel was genuinely the staff, because the amenities themselves were not great. I’d give this place a solid 6/10, and that rating is purely because of the staff and not the actual hotel itself.

Appears the hotel Is under renovations but it doesn’t appear like they are. Room was tidy and clean but very aged. Wallpaper peeling back, blinds partially broken, evidence of leak in the closet. Overall a good stay as none of these issues impacted our stay.

Lovely place to stay. Miles and John went out of their way to accommodate me. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room, good location

We had booked a 2 double bed room. Two adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 12). It was our mistake that we thought it was 2 queen beds. It was not very comfortable for a family of 4 to sleep on 2 double beds, instead of 2 queen. It was admittedly our mistake on the booking, but they also do NOT have a room with 2 queen beds available. So, it probably is not as suitable for a family of 4 trying to stay in the same room.
