The hotel was in a good location and provided parking at a cost of £15 a night. I feel £10 should be a max. When we arrived, there was no warm welcome nor real eye contact, which ws bad, no smiles, no helpful information about the place.!

Parking was easy and free during our stay. Too few staff with too much to do. We were not offered desert after our main meal and gave up waiting for anyone to check if we would like a desert! Overall the property needs a refresh as if is tired.

Positive: Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had an outside room behind the carpark. Room was great with a big bathroom. Breakfast was buffet with lots of choice. Only negative: Hotel is not in walking distance of anywhere and we where disappointed no food available on a Sunday evening.

Vastly overpriced and understaffed for what it is. Reminded me of a 1970's idea of what a reasonable hotel was. Positives: the staff are great but not enough of them. If they're on minimum wage it's criminal, they were so busy and deserve a LOT more. Negatives: Executive room, really? Separate toilet ...
