"After a complete nightmare at another establishment after a very long day of travel and at an event, it was extremely refreshing to find your hotel to be very clean and able to accommodate us. Your associate Prabal was very considerate, personable and helpful...not to mention we had a great conversation about F1! I cannot thank your hotel and him enough for everything and allowing us to finally relax in comfort. Our room was spic and span and the air worked (that is a shot at the place I had my money refunded). Other than the people next to us that were up screaming and yelling at 3am (your late night front desk associate managed to handle that issue as well quickly) I would recommend this hotel many times over."
