There was some low level noise from above - we were directly beneath the reception and could hear footfall. This didn't disturb our sleep and by 10pm there was very little noticeable noise. The wifi worked well, plenty of tea / coffee sachets. Great location. Overall a superb hotel for the price which exceeded our expectations and was way better than some of the recent reviews suggested it was going to be.
