Mauricio and Juan Jose the welcoming staff went above and beyond to satisfy our reservation. Memmoria restaurant staff,chefs,Jose, Paola all of them were super helpful and accommodating and the dining options were fantastic placing the Colombian cuisine to a Michelin level of excellence. It was a pleasure and we recommend it highly. Do not hesitate to book a reservation!!

The hotel is awesome!!!! X 5. Old fashion service and amenities. Staff excellent!!! Not only do they make you feel welcomed, but they take care of your every need. Breakfast with amazing choices and staff to assist like you don’t find anymore. Overall, our experience has been 5 star quality at this hotel. “Hotel Du Parc”. Highly recommend.

The one thing that was off was the shower. Unable to control temperature, and equipment seemed old and in poor use. Otherwise, everything was great.
