Phillips Memorial Library Tours and Activities

The staff at the lobby desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. There was a wall electric receptacle that did not work. The bed was not comfortable. It was too high and too soft. It felt like if you laid to close to the edge, it would bend down and you would fall out.

The resort itself stood out so beautiful!

Convenient to the Convention Center and the historic area. We asked for a quiet room and we were told it was a quiet room AND an upgrade. We inspected the room and it was on the traffic side and noisy! So we had to change rooms. The room was a downgrade but at least it was quiet. Small fridge helped. The amenities were replenished sporadically. No “Do not disturb” signs. Furniture was a little frayed and dirty. The cafe looked so nice but the food was bad. We subsisted on a grab and go cafe in the second floor foyer. They were under a lot of pressure with severely bad weather, college graduations, high school proms and weddings. The place was packed, wet and wild.
