Long Point Lighthouse Tours and Activities

The hotel front desk says they did not receive the request specific to mobility issues; our room required a walk through the entire hotel - last room. And then room key cards were not working. Front desk staff did not provide any info about breakfast; felt you had to ask for info that is generally provided upon checking in. Cutlery at breakfast was not clean; beverage request was never filled. It was a one night stay that missed the little things. It met our needs but won’t draw us back.

Room was clean, we were placed at the end of a hallway with an adjoining room. Very noisy when the “neighbors” came and went. Could use a little upgrade
