Overall, the hotel is an oasis in a chaotic city. The staff is efficient and kind. This may be a 5-star hotel by Jaipur standards, but it's closer to a 3.5-star hotel by US standards, mainly because the rooms are a bit dated. The breakfast is incredible, and there are many options for dinner. The Asian restaurant's execution is uneven. It's fine for a night or two.

Hotel Ruby was a good hotel, and the stay was really pleasant. The only reason I’m deducting two stars is that the AC wasn’t working, and the ceiling fan wasn’t functioning properly—it didn’t provide sufficient airflow. Apart from that, everything else was nice.

The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast available in the second floor lounge was very good. The free shuttle to the nearby restaurant at their sister hotel was a major bonus.
The decor was fun but not very practical. The bed was very comfortable but I had to unplug one of the bedside lamps to plug in my adapter to charge my phone.
The hotel is within walking distance of the metro.

This is a great 5 star hotel with a fantastic buffet dinner and breakfast. Rooms are super clean with a large window and adjustable aircon. Amazing staff who are impeccable in everything they do. Superb.
