« First its hard to find property bcoz on expedia address mentioned wrong it should be 3767 maple grove but it mention 3767 walker road and shows something else property. After i looked message from owner after that easy to find property. I must says it well maintained property and comfortable i would definitely recommend to stay here. And Mr Owner refrigerator is leaking water need to fix. Thank you for your service. »

« We found this property while looking for a place to stay during our visit to letchworth state park. The location was perfect granting easy access to the park. The property itself was unique, luxurious, and ideal for rest and play. My two boys loved playing with the barn animals. My wife and I enjoyed cooking in the finely appointed chef's kitchen. We all enjoyed relaxing in the spacious living area and enjoying the wonderful views of letchworth State Park. Check in and check out was a breeze....

« We have stayed in many rental properties-this one is like no other. Great house, comfortable places to sleep and relax, places to work when we needed it, fire pit and the animals was a fantastic added bonus! As if we weren’t already enjoying the farmhouse, Amanda stopped by with farm fresh eggs, flowers, and even a charcuterie board once. Add in that she was easy to access and even stopped to ask if all was well and if we needed anything. This rental and the owners are top notch! »

« This place was gorgeous. The animals were a nice addition. I loved visiting in the barn and meeting the Quaker parrot especially. So cool that you can pick a few vegetables from the various gardens if you like. Only thing I would add is one more tv and maybe make the master bedroom door a bit more easy to open and close.and maybe a bit more privacy in the Master bath. Overall a unique and gorgeous place. »

« We all enjoyed your location in Perry for our annual Memorial Day weekend to meet up with other family members. My family has gone to Letchworth State Park ever since I can remember on the Sunday before Memorial Day! Your Gate House place was everything we needed and more!
