The apartment did the job for a busy conference. It's obviously meant more for party groups for the rest of the year, but it was clean and well located. Problems include - broken toilet seat, kitchen bin missing a lid, some mould or rot in the corner of one of the windowsills.
Guests should be aware there is a lot of noise late into the night from the clubs and bars outside, but thats a reality of the location.
But really the only think I had a real issue with was the terrible smell and filthy state of the hallway carpet, quite gross!

7/10 Good! (2 reviews)
The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :)

8.4/10 Very good! (262 reviews)
Our bedroom had 3 cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, not a huge bathroom, it made a fifth of the tiles cracked. The bedroom decor needs a lot of attention, it needs new wall paper/decor and a new carpet.
The in room safe didn’t work so we got help but after we closed it again it stopped working again.
The restaurant meals were excellent and all the staff are very helpful.
The swimming pool area was lovely, I thoroughly enjoyed my swim.
