« Excellent unit in Glaciers Reach. Kitchen had typical equipment- could use a large pot (when cooking for 4), and more than 2 wine glasses. To be safe, some plastic cups for the hot tub would also have been useful. Toiletries like soap for the shower, as well as more than one roll of toilet paper would have also been appreciated. Overall a great stay and look forward to booking again! »

Fridge full of old food and the townhouse was not ready for check in at 3pm we had to wait until 530 due to a plumber working in the bathroom. This resulted in no shower for the 3 nights. They advertise two showers but there isn’t. Lastly the plumber entered the unit at 9am on the checkout day when checkout isn’t until 11. « Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. « Very clean very well decorated cozy two bedroom, two bath unit with comfy beds. Great communication from host, easy check in. Kitchen was very well stocked. Big TV with lots of streaming and cable. Nice location near bus stop and good secure free parking. One thing to be aware of is floor heating system...easy to cool place down by opening windows...but takes a little time to figure out thermostats and no AC. Good value and good location. We enjoyed our trip. »

« We were very disappointed with the condition of the sofa bed. Underneath it was a buildup of garbage, hair, and dust, and the surface itself had visible food, hair, and dust on it. It was completely unusable, and we had 5 guests so it made the sleeping accommodations extremely uncomfortable. Also we weren’t allowed to use Fireplace or Laundry machine. Tried to reach out to host after our stay about the sofa bed but got no reply. Other than that the location was good. »
