We really appreciate the welcoming and friendly reception staff, as well as the kind housekeeping. The surroundings are beautiful, and our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool area as well. I especially liked relaxing in the lounge while sipping coffee and admiring the mountains and the gondola with the bikers. Additionally, the location is perfect, with stores and lake within walking distance. We may come back again someday.

We were a bit disappointed as the expedia add said the location was a 1 minute walk to Whistler Gondola....which we assumed was the gondola in the heart of Whistler village. The location is actually about an 8 minute drive to Whistler village. A 1 hour plus walk to the Village. We thought the add was a bit misleading.. Other than that room and facilities were great.

We loved our recent stay at First Tracks Lodge. Mountain view, right next to ski gondola, quiet neighborhood compared to Whistler village which is about 8 minutes drive from the lodge. Family friendly with great amenities - pool and hot tubs with the nice view of the mountain. My husband I enjoyed the steam sauna too. There's also walking distance market and cafe and Southside Diner's restaurant. Our suite was very spacious, kitchen has complete wares. Bed and pillows was comfortable. Highly recommended!

The lodge is spacious but the underground parking is cramped up. The exit signs are misleading. The room was great but had an issue with one of the toilets that kept flushing and filling up throughout the night.

We have stayed here several times since it opened and have never been disappointed. The property is very well maintained and the rooms are very clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, kitchen utensils and eating utensils for cooking/eating. The property has just gone through a complete renovation so the rooms and common areas look brand new. The area is nice and quiet, the pool area is beautiful (with a bbq area for guests to use) and the underground parking charge is extremely reasonable. We had a two bedroom unit which sleeps 6. The beds were low enough for my elderly mother to get onto and the walk in showers were great for her to use with her walker. I would definitely recommend this property to couples, groups of friends and families.
