Outbound was fantastic. It was really clean, and they had gear we could use in the gear rental space—including hiking boots and a backpack, which was all brand-new demo gear. The hot tub was great, the restaurant at the pool was awesome, and the staff could not have been more helpful if they tried. It is a really beautiful spot with hiking trails all around.

Hotel was in a great spot and close to walking trails and the local town. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned after the first nights stay, even after requesting this from housekeeping. We also got charged an additional $45 dollars extra per night for our small dog and this was not on the website when I did the original booking. I also organise a one hour late checkout that the person at reception said that it was okay and would be put on the system. I then had another person knocking on my door half an hour after normal checkout time and asking why I had not checked out.
