Staying at this hotel was the highlight of our visit to Colombia. It is more of a retreat than a hotel. We only booked a single night here because we wanted to spend a day in the Medellin area and close to the airport, but after the first night we cancelled our flights and decided to stay and enjoy this property and their hospitality for an extra 2 days!

We really enjoyed our stay at Devu Hotel — it’s a fantastic hotel apartment. The facility is clean, the location is excellent, and the service is superb, meeting all of our expectations. The location couldn’t be more convenient, close to everywhere we needed to go. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. What really stood out was the service. The customer service was phenomenal across the board — from the front desk to housekeeping. Most importantly, the manager, Mateo, went above and beyond, providing excellent service and making our stay extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back soon and highly recommend Devu Hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!

I stayed 6 nights in a 2-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor. The layout was nice with a kitchen, washer, balcony, A/C in the bedrooms, and a restaurant downstairs with good food. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. The biggest issue was the showers flooding on two separate nights, sending water into the bedrooms. Staff told us this “happens all the time,” yet the only solution was to hand us towels. We spent over an hour each time cleaning the water ourselves because no one helped and there was no mop. One shower was never repaired, so when my son used the other shower, it flooded too. I even slipped on the wet floor that night. We also returned one day to find a housekeeping employee using my personal phone charger to charge their vape without permission. Housekeeping also left the balcony doors open, letting insects in and preventing the A/C from cooling the apartment. I requested to speak with the manager, but no one ever contacted me or apologized. For the premium price we paid, I expected much better maintenance and customer service. I would not stay here again.
