I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. My family and I booked a 4-night stay and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked into the room, there were serious cleanliness and health concerns. There was visible mold on the pillows and throughout the room, the sheets appeared dirty and stained, and the bathroom was filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The conditions were so unacceptable that we could not remain for our entire stay. We checked out early because we were concerned about our health and safety. To make matters worse, the food was terrible and did not meet even basic expectations. The most frustrating part was trying to obtain a refund. Despite leaving early due to the condition of the room, I was only refunded for 2 of the 4 nights I originally reserved. Getting any response from management was extremely difficult. Expedia repeatedly attempted to contact the hotel on my behalf through emails and phone calls, and I personally made multiple calls and even visited the property in person. Weeks of delays, lack of communication, and constant fighting just to receive a partial refund added unnecessary stress to an already terrible experience.Customer service was disappointing, accountability was nonexistent, and the overall condition of the property was unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here. There are far better options available.

Bugs could come in from underneath the glass doors

Please beware this place has a bug infestation and it’s so hard to get in and communicate with the people for the code. We couldn’t even stay because it was inhabitable. I reached out directly and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Please save your time and money! my family had to look for another place around three in the morning. Such a hassle

Beautiful property with a lot of activities to enjoy and magical sites to explore. This includes a pool, hiking trails, several waterfalls and natural pools in the river, and the hot springs and mineral mud. Nice variety of tours too- the horseback riding/ tubing combo trip was fantastic! We loved the convenience of everything on the property! The breakfast buffet was very good, beds were comfortable, and service was helpful. We liked it so much, we extended our stay.

Even that the road to get there is not in amazing conditions, if you have a 4x4 - tall car is totally worth it! The place and the nature around it is amazing, you feel like a VIP the staff is amazingly friendly and the food is incredible, we had so much fun, so many things to do that time is not enough. The nature, the peace and the atmosphere is just incredible. 1000000% recommend it.
