« I really liked the space in the house. The host was very responsive and helpful. When I asked for an additional fan, I received one promptly. The location was very convenient for us since we drove back and forth to Stanford Hospital. It was only 2 miles away. « We stayed here to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. It was a perfect place, good location and lots of room for family on Palo Alto to join us for a birthday dinner. My only issue was there weren't tea towels to dry dishes anywhere. I checked all the locations the host told me to check and found only bath washcloths. That made it difficult to keep the dishes moving to feed everyone. Otherwise this house is perfect! »

« Great property. Unfortunate beginning to our stay. I had requested (and manager confirmed)an early arrival (a couple of hours early). When we arrived (the door was not locked) residence was trashed--garbage everywhere. Nothing cleaned. No one in site. VRBO did send a cleaning squad as soon as they could and paid for our dinner out while the home was cleaned. But the arrival left a bad impression. »
