"Hidden Gem"

"Room was not updated. Room was not cleaned at all for 4 days. There was no water given to guests after spending $700 for 4 days. There was not even a shower cap available when requested from staff. They do not have the basic amenities for guests. Too much highway noise as well. When I checked in, there was no front desk staff due to shift change. No security available either. "

"The room was cleaned and I had plenty of towels. The toiletries were great, great scents and full size bottles. The room was spacious and the rocking chair was a huge bonus in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The pool was cleaned and there were plenty of towels to use. The water in the pool was very warm which it was perfect since it was a cold day. "

"The BEST thing about Hotel is the full size microwave and Refrigerator in rooms! There are nearby grocery stores and Fast food so, you can warm food when you need to. (there are also 2 stove burners/ NO oven) Also, the parking is near rooms and convenient and the staff is very nice. HINTS: Hotel is near a busy Highway and it is noisy outside....best rooms are on back side of hotel....there is a walk/bike path nearby and it is quieter. There is also a small "garden" area with grill, if you want to make burgers. **the "breakfast" is very limited!"

"One of the staff, Asanti is great. She always carries a smiling face and was willing to help as soon as a problem came up. We were very disappointed when we were put in a room with heavy moldy smell and an unclean bathtub the first night. We were planning to move out the next day. Asanti helped us find another room. It was clean and no moldy smell. We ended up staying for another 4 nights."

"Overall not a great experience. Was supposed to be one of the nicer hotels in Mountain View. Turned out to be noisy with broken elevators."
