The only drawback was that it does not have air conditioning, so if the temps are high, the cottage does get quite warm during the day but then cools off very nicely at night. However, the room was 80 degrees all day and night with no ac just one fan. The shower filled up with 3 inches of water while I showered. There were only 2 towels. The blinds on the windows had weirdly missing pieces so someone could look in. Lastly, the gates were really loud which could affect the tenants. ##### Gina F.
