However, the service at the front desk was disappointing. While not every staff member was an issue, the gentleman who helped with our bags and the person who checked us out were both fantastic and very friendly, most of the front desk staff felt indifferent or even unfriendly. It often felt like we were unwanted guests rather than welcomed ones. Swimming pool nice but noisy at night. Also, you can hear next door noises making hard to sleep. Air conditioning didn't work properly.
