"Overall, a nice place to stay. Room was nice. Pools were nice. Right on a good section of beach. Free valet services, but the valets were hard to find at the desk and a little slow. It also does seems a little odd that they’re still not cleaning rooms as if we are still worried about Covid. Not even an offer to clean the room or replace towels, soap, toilet paper, etc in the week we were there. Also, a little odd that you keep the “spa” in your name when it is shut down and not opening again."

"From the drive up to the day we had to leave, we enjoyed this stay. Royal Lahaina is situated nicely off a golf course and right on the beach, which allows it to feel like a more secluded resort then some of the other nearby resorts. Recently remodeled but has a great feel to the whole building. Staff was great throughout the whole resort. Enjoyed each meal we had at the restaurant on site, and it was great being able to walk just steps away and listen to live music every night. Could not recommend enough and we are already planning our next trip back. "

"Room was quality of a Motel 6. I had fingernail clippings from someone else in the bathroom (several). It was outdated, smelly, the pool overlooked the cruise boats, our rooms overlooked a parking lot with wires hanging all over the place. Then we had to pay an xtra $52 a night for parking and amenities. Why this is rated a 8.8 on Expedia?"

"The staff is wonderful. We were there for our anniversary and we got complimentary upgrade to executive room, complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry to make it more special. The resort itself is magnificent, the pools are splendid. They have thier own cove which is great to snorkel. We also get to watch the whales from the infinity pool. "

"Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Bar/restaurant staff were amazing. Pools were clean and poolside servers were very friendly. Overall an amazing property with wonderful staff"

"We booked this place when our flight was cancelled and there was no place closer to the airport available or accessible due to flooding. I wish we had more time to enjoy it. The staff was nice enough to wave the resort and parking fees and gave us some credit for breakfast under the circumstances. It was an amazing place with multiple pools and had live flamingos of all things. Definitely plan to stay here next time we are in Maui. "

"We had an ocean front room. The room was lovely and was recently redone. The only restaurant at the hotel was Maui brewing company but it’s a short walk to wharler village where there are several restaurants. The pool is small no jacuzzi but the beach is amazing "
