« Room was clean and tidy. However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks »

« Nice location a few km out of Rotorua. The park-like grounds are a bit odd with the Alice in Wonderland themed art, but peaceful and with nice views of the lake in the distance. The rooms are well appointed but have zero soundproofing: you will hear your neighbors snore and chat, and doors are so flimsy you hear everything going on in the common areas. Bring your best earplugs. Breakfast is decent, service can be slow. Tiny outdoor pool and two nice hot tubs. Maintenance is hit and miss: rooms...
