Breakfast was great, but there was a long walk to the room with no lift, the bath was rather scruffy, and check-in seemed to take ages as I needed to repeat everything at least 3 times.

A new opening in Cambridge. Very central, well trained staff. Spotlessly clean . We stayed in a 1 bed unit which was very spacious and well equipped. Would definitely return . Also appreciate the lovely toiletries in the bathroom especially.pleased to see separate hair shampoo and conditioner

Friendly staff. Clean room. Good air conditioning in a heat wave! Comfy beds. Well furnished suites.
TVs are quite old and so you can’t watch Netflix etc on them. The apps that were on the TV were so old that they wouldn’t work because they needed updates we couldn’t do.
The toiletries were nice except for the conditioner which was really runny and thin so if you’re particular about that I’d bring your own conditioner.
Breakfast had a good selection but could have been of higher quality. For example, the scrambled egg was clearly microwaved and rather basic and flavourless.
We enjoyed the pool as it was so quiet. It was a shame that the sauna and steam room were unavailable due to maintenance.
