Hey, we paid $62.. because that's what fit the budget.. the kind of place you want to leave your shoes on in.. including the shower. Thin curtains, and the AC struggled with the 29 degree heat. Pillows smelled a bit of sweaty hair.. not mine.. the surfaces were sticky, and the rad had fallen off at some point, but the paint chippings and dry wall hadn't ever been vacuumed.. there are a few rooms with plywood over the doors and I wondered if maybe this room wasn't supposed to be one of those? Massive place, clearly a bumpin' place in its day, but now kinda feels like the place you end up when you hit rock bottom. The desk staff were lovely, even found us an extra pillow and towel when we asked - he made the trek all the way to far side of the property to deliver it. It's the cheapest in town, and it kinda feels like it.

Very friendly and helpful staff from top to bottom. Excellent breakfast staff and chef.

This hotel is tired. A bit run down. The dirt on the elevator floors was a key indicator. Furniture in rooms is tired. Air conditioners in the wall in the room is very loud and really shows the date of the hotel. The walkway to either the sports bar or Denny's is a bit questionable - and you cannot get back into the hotel from the same hallway, you need to walk outside to the hotel entrance.

It was good.

Good room. Spacious and well equipped kitchen. Separate bedroom was nice but anyone staying in the kitchen/living room on the hide a bed beware it could get warm due to the airconditioning unit is in the bedroom. The hide a bed was also old and poor quality. Sloped downward and I would not recommend using.
