The outside needed some attention and we let the manager know and he seemed eager to attend to this. « Absolutely loved the home. It's small, cozy, very clean and felt new. It is a 3-4 minute drive to some great restaurant along the scenic Greenbelt. Property was easy to access and JoAnn was very responsive. Only downsides: the patio is very small (can only fit 2 chairs) and I, personally, did not feel safe walking to the Greenbelt because of the neighborhood. Overall, a great property to stay in! »

« We enjoyed our stay at Frank’s townhome during our time in Boise. The location was perfect, the home is beautiful, and little added touches made it feel like home. The beds were comfortable, fun family games available, and a supply of coffee and tea for guests to have during the stay. We’d highly recommend and stay again on our next visit. »

« We were in Boise for a hospital visit in downtown so this condo was in a great location. Everything was clean and well maintained. It was also very well supplied. If we have to return to Boise we will definitely consider staying here again. Five stars! »

« Rock N' Roll + Sweet Dreams We stayed 12 days and had a great time. The condo is very well decorated with both a modern and eclectic touch. I will have to admit my wife fell in love with the hippo on the bedroom wall. One feature that is not mentioned in the description is the little pond off the patio. « What a cute and cozy home! We were greeted kindly by the owner and their dog, Guinness when we checked in. The location was perfect...close to everything we needed and still off the beaten path in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. Definitely will check availability when we venture that way again. »

« We had a great time at this wonderful condo. We had our 7 month old Cavapoo with us, and finding good, clean homes that allow responsible dog owners is not easy. This was perfect as it had easy beach access, showers, amazing view, and great location. »

« If you are looking to play at Bogus Basin this is a great location. The condo complex is near Pioneer ski lodge. The unit we stayed in was at the far end of the condo complex. It’s the furthest from the lodge but you can walk it with your gear. The condo is dated but functional. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and a kitchen/living-room with a pair of bunk beds. The beds were ok but not great. »

« The apartment was fantastic! It’s right in front of the fountain. It was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The owner is very responsive. It’s also very close to many places and you get a beautiful view of mountains every time you step outside. Things you should know: The Blu-ray player has apps but they don’t work well. Communication was KEY for this one and they went above and beyond to help me coordinate a special delivery before we even got to there!!! This home was everything you could ask for inside/out.
