La recepción muy amables y parking excelente pero queda lejos de todo y la calidad de la comida y atención en el restaurant son malos, por otro lado la terraza de nuestra habitación estaba sin mantenimiento, paredes manchadas y mobiliario sucio.
El TV es viejo muy pequeño y TODOS los canales eran en francés. La ducha del baño vieja, manchada de óxido y mal aspecto.
No volveríamos y no lo recomendamos porque es desproporcionada la relación calidad/precio

Our room was so comfortable (the bed and shower were the best we had on the trip!), the hotel was lovely, and I only wish we'd stayed here more nights. Highly recommend, and I'll come back the next time I'm in Aix!

Overpriced for the state of the property and service - shower was broken (which we reported and the staff simply forgot to report for maintenance), limited amenities (paper cups provided for tea/coffee), average customer service, room was next to a main road which was very noisy (not the hotel’s fault but when everything else was so average the noise was pretty frustrating).
