The employee that checked us in was quite rude and never even said hello. The gentleman checking us out however, was wonderful! He was cheerful and friendly. The young woman who checked us in should benefit from some customer service training

There was no window in the room. I don’t think I’ve ever had a metal room without a window. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.
