The bed was so hard, but you have to pay significantly more for a normal feeling bed in Thailand I’ve figured out so no big deal, just initially disappointing. The hotel is perfectly located next to 4-5 AMAZING breakfast places and they are so freaking good, I would just get up and choose a random one with an appealing menu. Super close to 7 elevens and next to a lot of temples too, I would recommend this place for the price!

Friendly and helpful staff for a family run hotel, interesting building and touches, but could use some work on things like getting consistent hot water -- especially when there is a wood hot tub that is only luke warm.

The Lanna Haven Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Newly renovated and clean, and had a great shower and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and wonderful. Great location……I will stay there again when I return to Chiang Mai.
