9/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
On October 17 in the afternoon, there was a protest in front of the hotel.
We were DISAPPOINTED at the absence of hotel management during this time of crisis at the main reception area when the protesters were in front of the main entrance. We saw only two staff members who could NOT answer any questions.
The two main wooden doors could NOT be closed for more protection. One door was inoperable and stuck.
In time of any crisis, it would reassuring to see management present!

Extremely well located, right in the centre of Toulouse. We were driving and got lost in the one way system and had to ring the hotel twice. Our room was round a corner and up/down a dozen steps so quiet, but hard work after a day’s sightseeing! It also didn’t get cleaned until mid afternoon

8.6/10 Excellent! (72 reviews)
The Modern was okay but is undergoing refurbishment in some areas. Three minor points is that the over bath shower needed a screen or curtain, the first floor lift door needs a soft-close as it slams every time someone uses the lift and the extract fan in the bathroom wasn’t working.

"Great place to stay and dine. We came late and were still able to get a delicious meal in their restaurant with a glass of wine we were all happy we arrived and felt welcomed. In the morning there were breakfast choices (self-serve) which was great! Nice area to sit outside as well. Room was good ..."
