Stayed for 3 nights in apartment number 2. Communication was excellent. We arrived into Krakow early and were able to check in early. The apartment is ideally located in the city with restaurants and pubs all close by.
The bed was comfortable, shower pressure good, all very clean, very bright with lots of natural light, it had everything required for a short stay.
The apartment is very secure. It is located on the third floor of a large building, there is a lift in the lobby, however we used the stairs which were a little dark in places.
There was a little bit of noise late at night from outside, however, people were only waking past and no one loitering outside so it soon passed.
Overall a lovely apartment which I would definitely stay in again.

Beautiful building, good breakfasts. But our electricity fused 3 times and we were given a less pleasant rroom.
