Our stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Casablanca City Center was disappointing. We booked two rooms and encountered several issues: the bathroom door handle in one room was loose and came off, hand lotion was missing from one room, and the complimentary welcome drink and macarons were not provided. There was also no iron or ironing board in one of the rooms. We also had difficulty contacting reception by telephone because the options were only available in French. We had to go to reception in person to resolve issues. Having previously stayed at Radisson Gauthier, we were surprised by the significant difference in service, attention to detail, and overall experience. We expected a similar standard from Radisson Blu Casablanca City Center, but unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations. You are better off choosing Raddison Gauthier over this hotel.

The hotel is fairly new, our king bed was huge and sheets clean. They gave us nice towels. The breakfast was yummy and it’s near the ocean.

The hotel was very nice, our room was really spacious . My only issue was that it was a dry hotel, (no alcohol), and I didn't know that until I got there.
