The room was just okay. The room could use some updating and re-thinking about the use of space. The bed was very soft and not supportive. The location was very nice, but the pool while clean was not heated and, therefore, unusable. On Saturday morning, the office was supposed to have been open at 7 am. But it did not open until after 8 and no staff member responded to repeated rings of the service bell after 7 am. At night, the staff was putting tables back inside below our room and the sound of banging continued for over an hour after 10pm.

Derek and Rene went out of their way to make our party comfortable. Derek set up the area around the outdoor fire pit, which was no easy task, as there were no cushions on the benches etc. We were in town for a funeral and Derek made our day so much nicer. He went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Great job!!
