The staff were AMAZING! Very kind and helpful. The room, we had 2 twins, was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also very clean and the large tub was great. Their on site parking was why I booked here and it was well worth it! The secured underground garage was a couple doors away from the main hotel entrance, you get the garage code from the front desk and paid them the €20 a night at the end of our stay- the staff was very helpful in finding and navigating it. I'd glady stay here again!!

It was the perfect way to start my day before exploring the city. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access major attractions, shopping, and dining. I loved being able to step outside and immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Frankfurt. Overall, my experience at the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof was fantastic. Clean and modern room, enough space. Convenient location for city centre, great breakfast.

Front desk employees in the morning were amazing. The front desk employee at night was kind of rude. Even though we had a do not clean sign at the door, house keeping entered the room which felt like a lack of privacy. We also kindly requested a refund for the last night as something came up and had to leave Frankfurt early to which the manager refuse to help. Overall great experience at check in but not great overall
