Mount Elgin Vacation Packages

I do not recommend this place. Believe all the negative reviews! The building is in terrible shape. There was black mould on the ceiling. Sheets were old, stained and ripped. Everything was just in bad shape and did not look clean. The hallways and room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Was pleasantly surprised by the room we rented. Room number 1. Had a private washroom, fridge everything we needed for a 2 night stay at the beach. The bed could be a queen to give 2 adults a little more room. We were grateful for the air conditioner and coffee machine. They supplied a couple bottles of water, some granola bars which help when heading to the beach. Would be nice to have a patio door to go outside from the room but it was just a short distance to front door. The common area was pleasant but very stuffy and and damp but was told they just cleaned up after flooding so I'm sure a dehumidifier will solve the issue. Close to beach, right beside a great restaurant, parking right out front. Would stay again in room 1. The gentleman who helped us get to our room was pleasant and very helpful. Everyone was friendly.

The below-ground parkade is way too small, lack of spots and spots are very tight. Room was clean and breakfast had a good variety.

Great place. Something was wrong with my room, they called me before I arrived to inform me I was upgraded to a kitchen suite at no extra charge. Very cozy rooms.
