Hello everyone,
I'll make my experience short and sweet. My wife and I decided to stay at this hotel since it was close to the college we needed to attend. We really like the location of the hotel, it's very close to the ocean, shops, and restaurants. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in town. Free parking is my biggest kicker, I would recommend this place to anyone. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, and places are a brisk walk away.

Pool was drained, assume under repair. it's been fine in past visits. I know 11a checkout seems to be the norm these days, wish it was noon tho. The drain in the bathroom smelled a little moldy. Probably a good idea to flush it from time to time. Other than that, great and we will stay again.
