"The Moose was a fantastic place to stay. The location was wonderful! Walking distance to so many things. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed or asked for. It was beautiful and so cozy inside with a giant fireplace lit in the lobby as well as a fire pit that was always going on the rooftop near the hot pools, which were so relaxing and had such beautiful views of the mountains. Every time we walked into the hotel it had the most amazing smell. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again. "

"The property is modern with a rustic vibe. Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall the hotel was just beautiful. Parking was easy and free. Room was clean with ample space. Location is a short drive away from Banff town. One especially nice part of the hotel was the restaurant next to the lobby, Sudden Sally. The coffee, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches were amazing. Every morning we would order food to go for the adventures for the day. The only negative experience we had was that we didn’t get to use the balcony as much as we wanted because the guests adjacent to our room kept smoking cigarettes and weed. But that’s not the hotel’s fault, so I won’t dock them for that. "
