Staff were friendly especially in the restaurant. The hotel is very well placed. Considering its location the room was surprisingly calm since it was possible to shut the windows with the air conditioning, except for the weekend when there is really a lot of people out. The room was not large but well designed for practicality. One negative point is that I pointed out that there was no hot water one morning and the reply was "I was not informed about it" which I did not find particularly helpful and then no hot water the next morning.

Hotel proche transports et notamment Köln hbf, mais aussi du dom, très bon accueil, chambre calme et propre. Personnel sympa et serviable. Très bon séjour.
