The staff were efficient, very friendly and very helpful. The room and ensuite were quite small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was okay but not high pressured. Unfortunately there was no kettle and no tea and coffee supplies in the room. Sadly missed. Also there were no information leaflets in the room eg. meal times, menus, facilities available etc.

Bonjour! What a wonderful little but delightful Maison. Lovely, friendly welcome. The staff are all very friendly and professional and the house and rooms are all fabulous and especially the spiral staircase. My room was large, spacious, clean and modern with high ceiling and view over the small pool. It’s a classic small mansion style you will see in photos, almost boutique as I’m sure all the rooms are different. I came in winter so couldn’t enjoy the pool and health facilities but I’ll bet it’s just amazing in spring and summer and so I’d love to come back with my partner too. The trams stop just outside so if you wanted to get to the centre it’s ideal but also the local area is friendly and safe too. I was here with business but would definitely return. A lovely boutique hotel in a very up market desirable location. Staff very helpful… Jeremy, thank you for all your excellent restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend this as a great option for all amenities.

I wish I remembered the name of a lovely lady who checked us in. We checked in on 14 June 2026. Really helpful, warm & welcoming. Provided us with tips on great restaurants, places to visit. Accommodation was amazing, close to shops, promenade, restaurants, trams. Perfect!! Highly recommended for families, couples etc. you can’t go wrong !
