Wrong building and door code, had to call IT and texted and waited many times, all three days, no office people on weekend
Busted bathroom amenities that were 1/4 full
1 snack bag of cheese its and two Keurig coffee cups for two adults for two overnights?
Couldn’t access pool until IT stuff done, locked out, embarrassing like don’t belong
Ice maker broken
Patio disgusting
Dog in condo below barking all day and night

First room we got had a nasty odor to it when I went to switch room I got nothing but attitude the second room the bath tub had a crack in it that they tried to glue to fix it
