"This property was everything our family needed for a great Dreams Park experience. Was only 5 min from Dreams Park, easy to get into town, and the house was clean with all the amenities needed. We enjoyed grilling and eating outside, and the kids enjoyed the hammocks. Highly recommend this place!"

"six older guys from the Woodstock era stayed here for HOF Weekend and probably only two complaints were not enough towels/wash cloths and need more warnings at stop of the one stairwell that the ceiling is very low, i personally hit my head 4 times... but in their defense, i dont have any suggestions on how to do that unless a big sign as you get to the top step look up>????"

"We stayed here while our son played in the tournament at Dreams Park in Cooperstown. It was the perfect place to stay. Would love to come again. The only thing I would ask for is a big enough bed for adults. We made the most of it and felt like we were at camp too in our separate bunk beds. :) Would love a queen size portable bed or something as an option. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, place was super clean, laundry facility on site with detergent available. GREAT place. Highly...
