THE location! Central to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants. Carolina market deli is literally at the backyard. The ability to walk anywhere is a plus. The block wall construction keeps the noise out. The hotel shows its age but is maintained. The bed is a futon style mattress on a platform and provides sufficient comfort and ease climbing in and out. The shower is dated ( as always bring flip flops ) The water pressure is strong. The room needed a matched blind as the security lights on the porch were far more evident on one half of the window at night. The window style a/c is more than adequate and kept the room very cool but was a little noisy. Perhaps a newer version is built with the sound level in mind but not a deal breaker. All in all we were pleasantly surprised and felt the value in this room far outweighed any negatives.

À notre arrivée, un ventilateur refroidisseur d’air était installé et en fonction ce qui nous a permis de profiter d’une fraîcheur bien méritée. L’hôte de maison est adorable, le petit déjeuner copieux et certainement le meilleur que nous ayons mangé aux États-Unis. La chambre était propre, belle et soigneusement arrangée. L’endroit est fantastique, la rue est merveilleuse. Merci encore à elle pour sa gentillesse, son hospitalité. Tout était vraiment parfait.
